How It Works

After your payment, our team will coordinate with the medical provider and arrange the most suitable consultation time for you.
Step 3: Online Consultation
You will connect directly with a licensed Japanese doctor via video call (Zoom or a dedicated system).
Step 4: Prescription & Pharmacy Support
If medication is required, the doctor will issue a prescription and guidance will be provided for nearby pharmacies.

Cancellation Policy
- Up to 3 hours before: 50% fee
- Within 3 hours or no-show: 100% fee
Language Support
Consultations are conducted in Japanese.
An English interpreter is included for up to 30 minutes to support communication during your consultation, so you can feel comfortable and understood.
If you require extended interpretation time, please inform us in advance.
Important Notes
- Online consultations are limited to video-based assessment and consultation
- Physical examinations and diagnostic tests are not available
