Step 3: Online Consultation

You will connect directly with a licensed Japanese doctor via video call (Zoom or a dedicated system).

Step 4: Prescription & Pharmacy Support

If medication is required, the doctor will issue a prescription and guidance will be provided for nearby pharmacies.

After Payment: What to Expect

1. Select Your Date & Complete Payment
   Choose your preferred date and complete your payment to secure your consultation request.
2. Appointment Confirmation
   We will coordinate with the medical provider and confirm the exact time.
   You will receive a confirmation email with all the details.
3. Zoom Link Sent to You
   We will send you a Zoom link before your appointment.
4. Join at Your Scheduled Time
   At the time of your appointment, simply join via the link and begin your consultation.

Language Support

Consultations are conducted in Japanese.
An English interpreter is included for up to 30 minutes to support communication during your consultation, so you can feel comfortable and understood.

If you require extended interpretation time, please inform us in advance.

• Physical examinations and diagnostic tests are not available
