Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking with us. To ensure the best experience for all our guests and to manage our staff’s schedules, we have established the following cancellation policy. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Cancellation Fees
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
3. Late Arrivals

Massage Services: If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next appointment stays on schedule. The full service fee will still apply.

Transportation / Tours: Our drivers and guides will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled meeting time. If you do not arrive within this window, it will be considered a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.
4. Cancellation by the Provider
In the event that we must cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, equipment failure, or staff emergency), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling to an alternative date.
