How to Book & Use Our Service

This guide will show you how to use our reservation website.


It's very simple. 3 steps to go!

Step 1: Search Product, Choose Your Preferred Date & Time

When making a reservation, please be sure to select your preferred date and time. Your booking is not complete without choosing a date and time.

Step 2: Complete Your Purchase

After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email.

Please check the email carefully to confirm your reservation details.

Step 3: Visit the Store Directly

On the day of your appointment, please go directly to the store at your reserved time.
There is no need to check in elsewhere.

About the “Delivery” Message in the Email

You may see a message related to “product delivery” in your confirmation email.
This is due to the system specifications.

⚠️ No physical products will be shipped to you.
Your purchase is for an in-person service reservation only.

Changing Your Reservation

If you would like to change your reservation date or time:

Send an email to the address below stating that you would like to request a change.

Reservation changes are free of charge.

Cancellation Policy (Important)

Please note that all reservations are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
  • Date and time changes are allowed at no additional cost.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
  • Once a reservation is canceled, the refund will be processed automatically by the system.
    Please note that the refund process may take 1–2 business days to complete.

Because each store has a limited number of available slots,
we kindly ask that you avoid cancellations whenever possible.

We recommend making a reservation only when you are sure you can attend.
